IT'S RAINING.

And therefore I am suddenly happy. Helllllooooooo, beautiful rain. Isn't it nice when everything smells good, and your skin feels warm and...happyish, and all the plants look green?

(Why, again, do I live in the desert, when I am such a creature of rain?)

Water, falling from the sky, was a very, very good idea.

It thundered and rained so loud last night I couldn't get to sleep until 4AM. It was great! We're getting a ton of the stuff this year. I remember when I first moved out here, I was surprised at how green everything was. And then we got this drought for the last 7-8 years. This is definitely more like it.
